Replicating the Kickrest design in any way will result in a patent infringement and may result in lawful pursuit for damages. This website and all of the elements and or content associated with it (design, content, logos, photos, Restimonials, text, etc) are owned by SETEDGE LLC. Third parties may not use this information in any way without the express written consent of SETEDGE LLC.
Your order will arrive either UPS or USPS to the continental US and Canada. Shipping via ground can take 1-10 business days to arrive.
At Kickrest we take Credit Card Security very seriously. We ensure that your Credit Card information is safe and your privacy is respected. We protect your shopping experience by utilizing SSL technology and hosting our site on secure servers. When you order from us your information is encrypted so that no one can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. All products are shipped UPS or USPS from our locations. If there was a damage problem with your order - you must accept the product and email customerservice@Kickrest.com within 36 hours of receipt. Please take pictures of the damaged goods so we can include them in the claim to UPS.
Currently our distributions is out of Massachusetts. A 6.00% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Massachusetts shipping addresses.
In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Time in transit depends upon your location.
To prevent fraudulent activities, we will conduct address verification through customer's credit/debit card issuer to confirm customer's identity and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting customer's privacy. We will contact your credit card issuer to verify this information after you've placed an order. Orders with the same billing and shipping address will be processed much faster.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. Registered users have the ability to track their orders through My Account. The Order Tracking link will let you see where your order is as soon as it is released to UPS or USPS.
